Welcome to ECE Children World Store, an online store dedicated to the sale of Children merchandises. These policies, terms, and conditions apply to all purchases made on our online store. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on our online store are in Naira and include value-added tax (VAT).
We accept the following forms of payment: ATM Card Payment and online Transfer .
Payment will be made at the time of purchase. Once payment has been made, a confirmation email will be sent to the user.
Shipping and Delivery
Products will be shipped to the address provided by the user at the time of purchase. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of the product.
We make every effort to deliver products within the timeframe indicated in the product description. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping service provider.
The user is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. If the package is returned to our store due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the user will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
If the package is lost during shipping, we will do our best to resolve the issue. If we cannot locate the package, we will provide a full refund to the user.
Returns and Refunds
If the user is not satisfied with their purchase, they can return the product within 2 days from the date of delivery. The product must be in the same condition as when it was received, unused, and in its original packaging.
The user is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have received the product, we will replace the proctuct to your desired specification within 74 hours.
Returns of customized products or products that have been used will not be accepted.
Intellectual Property
All content on our online store, including images, texts, and designs, is the property of ECE and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Reproduction, distribution, display, transmission, or exploitation of any content from our online store without our express written permission is prohibited.
